Child Safety Standards

Effective Date: July 14, 2026

Localité has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Users may not use Localité to create, upload, send, request, promote, distribute, store, facilitate, or engage in content or conduct involving child sexual abuse or exploitation (“CSAE”). Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

Localité may remove prohibited content, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, restrict access to the service, preserve relevant records, and cooperate with law enforcement or child-safety authorities when appropriate.

When Localité obtains actual knowledge of apparent CSAM, we will take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law. This may include removing or restricting access to the material, preserving relevant information, terminating involved accounts, and reporting confirmed apparent violations to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children or another applicable regional authority when legally required.

Users can report suspected CSAE, CSAM, child grooming, exploitation, or other child-safety concerns through the reporting or support mechanism available within the Localité app or by contacting support@localite-app.com.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate law-enforcement authority.

These standards apply even though Localité is restricted to users who are 18 years of age or older.
