Common Issues
If location sharing is not working:
- Ensure Location Permissions are enabled
- Enable “Always Allow” location access for active sessions
- Ensure notifications are enabled
- Verify you have an internet connection
Account Deletion
You can delete your Localité account in the app from Settings. If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account and associated data deletion here: Request account deletion.
