Localité Account Deletion

Localité users can delete their account directly in the app from the account settings screen.

If you no longer have access to the app, you can use this page to request deletion of your Localité account and associated data.

What will be deleted

After we verify account ownership, we will delete your Localité account and associated app data tied to that account, such as profile information, app activity, groups, sessions, messages, and location-sharing records where applicable.

Some limited information may be retained if required for legal, security, abuse-prevention, dispute-resolution, or backup purposes.

Request account deletion

Submit the email address associated with your Localité account. We may contact you to verify account ownership before deleting the account.

Your deletion request has been prepared. Your email app should now open a prepared deletion request addressed to support@localite-app.com. Please review and send the email so we can process your request. If draft is not created email support@localite-app.com with subject "Localité Account Deletion Request"

Future automated request handling

This page currently sends deletion requests by email. Allow for 30-60 days for review and account deltion upon account ownership verfcation.
